The main purpose of the [biochemical treatment stage] is to remove most organic pollutants, phosphorus, and nitrogen in sewage.

Biochemical treatment processes are often used in China, including oxidation ditch process, a2/o (anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic) process, improved a2/o process, SBR process (intermittent activated sludge process), etc.

The principle of biochemical treatment process, simply put, is to cultivate microbial strains in the activated sludge of the biochemical tank. The organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, etc. in the sewage entering the biochemical tank become nutrients for the microorganisms. Through a series of biochemical reactions, the Digest and decompose organic matter and remove inorganic matter such as phosphorus and nitrogen.

[Intensive treatment stage] After conventional biochemical treatment, the sewage still contains part of suspended solids, dissolved organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus, etc., and does not meet the discharge standards. In-depth treatment measures need to be taken, such as coagulation sedimentation, depth filtration, and activated carbon adsorption. , biofilm separation technology, etc.

[Water Disinfection Stage] The main purpose of this stage is to kill a large number of bacteria and viruses in sewage and prevent the spread of viruses.

Disinfection methods are divided into physical methods and chemical methods

Physical disinfection methods mainly include heating, freezing, irradiation, ultraviolet rays and microwave disinfection.

Chemical disinfection methods mainly add chemical agents to sewage for disinfection, such as chlorine-containing compounds (sodium hypochlorite, bleaching powder, etc.), liquid chlorine, and ozone.

After passing through the above four stages of treatment, after the effluent from the sewage treatment plant reaches the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants, it can be discharged to the outside world without polluting the river.

Of course, some solid waste and sludge will be produced during the sewage treatment process, and bacteria and viruses also exist in them. They need to be disinfected, dehydrated, dried and solidified, and then incinerated or treated in other ways.

After adopting the new biological treatment process provided by He Youman, in addition to the indispensable [pretreatment stage], the [biochemical treatment stage] and [disinfection stage] are directly treated by [Dianjin Mulberry] and [Hydrocarbon Degrading Bacteria Mixture] The treatment link has been replaced. In the end, only a simple biochemical treatment is needed for the treated sewage to easily meet high-level discharge standards.

This new process not only has miraculous effects on domestic sewage, but also has excellent effects on production sewage.

Production sewage refers to industrial sewage and medical sewage. Because of the complex composition, the cost of treating one ton of production sewage and one ton of domestic sewage is very different.

In terms of cost, without considering the investment cost, only the operating cost is calculated, and if it is all domestic sewage, the treatment cost of the original sewage treatment process is 0.4-0.6 yuan/ton.

This is very serious if it is industrial sewage. It may be several times to dozens of times higher.

But the new biological treatment process provided by He Youman is amazing. The cost of sewage treatment is less than 0.1 yuan/ton, that is, 0.08-0.09 yuan/ton. The cost is four or five times cheaper, whether it is domestic sewage or Production wastewater.

How much is the sewage treatment fee in Longhua County?

The sewage treatment fee of 1.22 yuan per cubic meter is collected by the water company from the water fee.

One cubic meter of water is one ton of water.
