Game of Thrones: Battle Royale Game

Chapter 131 Khal Drogo’s Banquet (3)

After watching Viserys leave, Ian turned around and saw Jorah Mormont standing with Daeron.

The guy looked quite old, about forty years old, with dark skin and half of his head bald. He was even balder than Ian in his previous life. Unlike the people around him, he didn't wear silk clothes or have a strong physique. It was not suitable for him to wear this either. He was just wearing a dark green woolen sweater with an embroidered black bear on it, which looked out of place with the surrounding environment.

Seeing Jorah Mormont's appearance, Ian finally understood why this guy's road to dog-licking was so bumpy.

Ian doesn't know what he was like when he was young, but for now, Jorah's appearance is indeed hard to describe.

If Jorah was really like a TV actor, Daenerys might have fallen in love with Drogo during the helpless and long journey after his death.

But unfortunately, he is just a half-bald bad old man.

"Hello, loyal minister." Perhaps noticing Ian's gaze, Jorah greeted him jokingly, and then walked past Ian without stopping.

Hello, big licking dog, Ian responded in his heart.

Of course he wouldn't say this, firstly because he didn't know how to accurately translate the word "dog licking" into Common Language, and secondly because Jorah Mormont hadn't started licking yet.

No, he had already licked one... Ian suddenly wanted to laugh.

That was Jorah's highlight moment.

In the year 289 of the Aegon calendar, King Robert held a grand tourney in Lannisport to celebrate his victory in quelling Balon's rebellion.

There, Jorah met the first goddess of his dog-licking career, Lynys Hightower, the daughter of the Earl of Oldtown.

Jorah asked her for a token to wear in the joust, and then passed all the way, and defeated Jaime Lannister in the final to win the jousting championship, and crowned Lynys Hightower as the Queen of Love and Beauty.

He then proposed marriage to Lord Leyton Hightower, who agreed.

A poor boy from the northern countryside plucked the flower from the high mountains that crowned the river bend, and the impoverished Earl of Bear Island married the princess of the old town. This was originally an inspirational love story.

Unfortunately, this jousting seemed to have exhausted all the good luck in Jorah's life, and his misfortunes followed one after another.

Lynys, who had lived in Old Town, the wealthiest city in Westeros, was unable to learn frugality at all when she came to Bear Island. She quickly squandered all of Jorah's wealth and left him heavily in debt.

In order to repay his debt, Jorah had to sell the poachers he caught to the Tyroshi as slaves.

However, he unfortunately met a slave trader who had no martial ethics. The guy revealed the matter to Jorah's lord Ed Stark because he refused to pay him, and Jorah was sentenced to death for this.

Before Eddard came to Bear Island, Jorah took Lyness and ran away overnight, all the way to Lys. They quickly ran out of money, and Jorah was forced to earn money as a hedge knight.

Soon, greater misfortune befell Jorah again - his wife ran away with the trade governor of Lys.

In the days that followed, Jorah traveled between the Free Cities, and even traveled west to Vaes Dothraki (the city of the Horselords), but things never got better until Varys contacted him.

Then there is the familiar plot. Jorah finds a new goddess and rekindles his dog-licking soul.

Shaking his head, Ian suppressed a smile.

Just when he was about to step forward to talk to Jorah, he suddenly noticed that three people with high status were walking towards him.

So Ian stopped temporarily.

"Mr. Yada More, I didn't expect you to be in Pantos." The other party ignored Ian and said directly to the water dancer next to Ian. Perhaps it was because he was asking for help, but his attitude was very Respectfully.

"Sorry, I don't know who this is?" Yada Moore asked pretending to be stupid.

"My dear, Olanto Ranstan, I am the ambassador of Braavos to Pentos. You may not know me, but I have seen you fight in the Palace of the Sea King. Your water dance is really exquisite. Ambassador Olanto smiled.

"Oh." Yada nodded casually.

"Well" Olanto received a cold reception, but he did not feel embarrassed at all. He just continued to introduce Yada to the people behind him enthusiastically, "Mr. Yada is the master of our water dancers in Braavos. After he left the Neptune Palace, I have only lost to the chief swordsman once before."

After speaking, he pointed to the two people behind him and said to Yada: "This is Prince Hazan Mohalis and his fiancée Miss Delif Hauket."

"Prince Hazan is the son of the keykeeper, Ms. Marian Frega." After Olanto finished speaking, he whispered in Yada's ear.

Ian looked over after hearing this. The man known as Prince Hazan was wearing a fine satin robe, with a gorgeous gemstone belt around his waist, and an ivory-handled scimitar hanging on it.

His eyes were sharp, like an eagle or a snake, with a strong aura of a superior.

The aura of Hazan is different from that of Illyrio. Illyrio is strong and restrained, with a gentle tone that makes people violate him. But Hazan is purely fierce. As long as he stands in front of you, you will feel a An invisible oppression.

Beside Hazan, Delif Hauket was wearing a purple off-shoulder evening gown. The close-fitting tailoring perfectly highlighted her slim figure.

As the two of them got closer, Ian could vaguely smell the faint scent of natural spices coming from her body.

What a talented and beautiful couple, Ian secretly sighed. Just looking at their looks, these two would not lose to Viserys and Daenerys just now. Even because Dany is not fully developed yet, she is still beautiful now. Far less attractive than the Delif in front of her.

No wonder Suda Tetrus was so angry after being robbed of his fiancée

"Ms. Marian Frega, the richest keykeeper of the Iron Bank? I've heard of...Prince Hazan, right?" Yada then bowed slowly, "So, you are looking for me. What’s the big deal?”

"Mr. Yada," this time it was Prince Hazan's turn to speak in person. Unlike Ian's expectation, his voice was not as domineering as his temperament, and even gave people a gentle feeling, "Welcome to Pan Toss, I don’t know if I have the honor to invite you to the dinner party at my mansion tomorrow, so that we can show our friendship as landlords.”

Hazan did not rashly invite Yada to fight for him, but tried to make friends first by hosting a banquet.

This is not good for Ian's plan. What Ian wants is to finalize the agreement on the spot without giving Illyrio the chance to stop it.

If he waited until tomorrow, Illyrio would have enough time to tell himself the stakes involved.

Unless he confronts Illyrio, he will lose this opportunity to kill the player Ander Poole.
