Asking for leave, lumbar pain

My lumbar spine has been hurting since I woke up at noon. Massage and fascial gun were of no use. It still hurts even when I sit or stand.

I wanted to make up a chapter today that I owed when I took leave a few days ago, but I couldn't sit still. I even coded half of it last night and couldn't write it. I'll make up for it later. (End of chapter)
